Three charged with growing marijuana at Perrysburg home

PERRYSBURG – Three people were arrested after marijuana was found growing inside and outside of a home in the Cattaraugus County Town of Perrysburg, sheriff’s deputies reported Thursday.

An investigation by the Olean office of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force led deputies Tuesday afternoon to a home at 12754 Route 39, where they found marijuana plants growing. Deputies said there was a sophisticated growing room inside, containing heat lamps and surrounded by reflective wrap.

Charged with a misdemeanor count of unlawfully growing by an unlicensed person, as well as a violation count of unlawful possession of marijuana, were: Joshua M. Peterson and Donald L. Ervolina, both 27; and Danielle J. Johnston, 21. They were issued tickets to appear in Perryburg Town Court.
