Traffic stop in New Albion leads to felony DWI arrest

LITTLE VALLEY – A 34-year-old motorist was charged with a felony count of driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop late Saturday in the Cattaraugus County Town of New Albion, sheriff’s deputies reported.

Justin S. Zimmer, of Cattaraugus, was pulled over just before midnight Saturday for failure to keep right, deputies said. He was charged with two counts of DWI – the felony count stems from a previous conviction during the past 10 years, as well as being cited for failure to keep right.

Zimmer was released on tickets to appear in New Albion Town Court.
