DARIEN – A Buffalo man is accused of smoking marijuana next to a child Saturday in the Darien Lake parking lot, State Police reported Monday.
Pierre J. Vickerd, 22, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana in public and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana weighing more than 25 grams.
Darien Lake security told Troopers they saw Vickerd in a vehicle smoking marijuana. He was found with three bags of marijuana and three marijuana cigarettes, police said.
Vickerd was arraigned in Town of Darien Court and remanded to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $750 bail. He is due in court August 4.
