Early goal leads FC Buffalo to third-straight victory

FC Buffalo wasted little time against Lansing United on Friday.

Buffalo’s Ngwese Ebangwese scored just 29 seconds into the match at Robert E. Rich All-High Stadium on Main Street in Buffalo. FC Buffalo added two more goals to win, 3-0.

Brett Larocque headed in a cross off a corner kick from Connor Willings for the second goal in the 80th minute and Chris Walter secured the victory with the game’s final goal in the 90th minute.

FC Buffalo (5-1-4) earned its 19th point and haven’t lost in its last six matches dating back to June 11. The team is 5-0-1 during that span. Buffalo leapfrogged Lansing United (5-3-2, 17 points) to move into third place in the Midwest region of the National Premier Soccer League.
