CHAUTAUQUA – A Jamestown man whose driver’s license has been suspended 13 times for failing to answer traffic summonses was arrested Thursday after a Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputy saw him in his car at a traffic signal, talking on his cell phone.
Timothy F. Henry, 33, was arrested at about noon at the four corners in Mayville, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Henry was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed for using a mobile phone wile driving. He was arraigned in Chautauqua Town Court and sent to Chautauqua County Jail.
He failed to answer for tickets written for eight different courts, authorities said.
