Falls man with two DWI convictions faces new DWI case

NIAGARA FALLS – A Niagara Falls man with a record of drunken driving did the deed again, Niagara Falls police said, driving his car over a curb and sidewalk, narrowly missing another car and a wrought-iron cemetery fence about 2:20 a.m. Saturday.

Jeremy L. Santiago, 32, who was pulled over in the 2800 block of Grand Avenue, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, moving from a lane unsafely, unlicensed operation and failing to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of a change in address. Police said Santiagao has two previous DWI convictions.
