Toronto firm buys apartment building at 1165 Delaware

A Toronto real estate company has acquired an apartment building at 1165 Delaware Ave. in a deal worth $4.275 million.

The Wynn Group, through its Gold Wynn Delaware affiliate, acquired the four-story, 62-unit apartment building at Delaware and West Ferry Street from developer James Swiezy’s Greenleaf & Co., according to records filed with the Erie County clerk’s office.

The deal is Wynn’s first acquisition in the Buffalo Niagara region. Greenleaf had bought the apartment building in June 2012 for $2.56 million.
