LITTLE VALLEY – A motorist pulled over early Monday in Salamanca for driving without headlights was driving on a suspended license, according to Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies.
Frank Wolfe, 18, was pulled over at Broad and Eagle streets shortly before 3 a.m. Monday. A license check revealed Wolfe’s license was suspended because of an alcohol-related conviction, deputies said.
After Wolfe’s arrest, an oxycodone pill was found in his possession, deputies said. He was charged with misdemeanor counts of aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance, and ticketed for driving without headlights.
Wolfe was being held in lieu of $500 bail, pending arraignment later Monday in Salamanca City Court.
