A 27-year-old Hertel Avenue man was charged with a felony offense for having a fake state inspection sticker on his car after he was pulled over Wednesday evening in the third block of East Street for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign.

Daniel Salerna-Vazquez was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument for allegedly having what police described as a ‘fraudulent inspection sticker” on his vehicle. He was also charged with having an improper certificate of inspection and failing to stop at a stop sign.
