Flooding in Houston keeps Goodwin away from Bills' OTA practices

Wide receiver Marquise Goodwin missed the second day of the Buffalo Bills' organized team activity (OTA) practices Wednesday because of travel issues caused by massive flooding in Houston, where he resides in the offseason.

Goodwin said, via a message on his Twitter account (@flashg88dwin), that he would be in Western New York on Thursday "God willing."

In the same message, he responded to apparent backlash he has received via Twitter for not being on hand for the practices.

"Why are people so insensitive?" Goodwin's message read. "I'm not at OTA's because of cancelled flights."
