Williamsville-area students will perform chamber music during a spring concert from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the Williamsville Meeting House, 5658 Main St., Williamsville.

The Williamsville Arts & Culture Committee is sponsoring the concert. Proceeds benefit the Dreams From the Heart Camp, a free summer camp for local children with severe congenital heart disease.

Elsewhere, the George F. Lamm Post 622 and the VFW Post 416 will hold their 76th annual Memorial Day ceremonies at 11 a.m. Monday at the Williamsville Cemetery, 5402 Main St.

And last week, the Town Square Food Pantry, located at 2710 North Forest Road, held its grand opening ceremony. The pantry is open from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays and serves residents in the 14068, 14221, 14226 and 14228 area codes.

The pantry is a collaboration among Catholic Charities of Buffalo, the Foundation for Jewish Philanthropies and the congregation at Temple Beth Zion. Bishop Richard J. Malone, of the Catholic Diocese of Buffalo, and Rabbi Gary Pokras, senior rabbi at Temple Beth Zion, presided over Thursday’s event.

The Williamsville Village Board meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Village Hall, 5565 Main St. A work session is scheduled for 6 p.m.

The Amherst Information Technology Advisory Committee meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Amherst Municipal Building, 5583 Main St., Williamsville.

The Williamsville Board of Education meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the District Office Boardroom, 105 Casey Road, East Amherst. The meeting is scheduled to begin with an executive session, followed by a regular meeting at 7. The board’s Audit Committee meets at 5:30 p.m.
