WARSAW – A 29-year-old Warsaw woman faces drug and impaired-driving charges after a traffic stop Friday, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department said.
Emily C. Brown, of West Court Street, was pulled over on North Main Street near Highland Avenue after she was observed driving erratically, deputies said.
During the traffic stop, heroin, hypodermic syringes, marijuana and a straw containing cocaine were found inside her vehicle.
Brown was charged with driving while ability impaired by combined influence of drugs, driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marijuana, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep right.
She is due in Warsaw Village Court on June 22.
