GNOJEK, James Joseph

GNOJEK - James Joseph On April 29, 2015, Jimmy "Elvis" (otherwise known as "Flying Jimmy Elvis"), age 54, of Orchard Park, formerly of Elma, was personally invited to the Eternal Kingdom Daredevil Hall of Fame to perform for the Almighty. Born August 17, 1960, in Buffalo, to the late Joseph S. (late Joan L.) Gnojek and the late Claudia J. (Fulle) Kittell (Robert); loving father of Melissa N. Gnojek; faithful brother of Joseph E.S. (Dawn), Jacqueline J. and Jan J. (Jennie); fond grandson of Mary (late Stanley) Gnojek and the late Edward (late Cornelia) Fulle; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Jim was an avid sportsman and a member of the Elma Conservation Club, successfully running the Annual Kids Fishing Derby. He enjoying hunting with his family, taking his motorcycle out on long rides and performing stunts for numerous fans. He was a SPIKE TV Stunt Driver and Daredevil in the "Carpocalypse" Season 2 (Crash-A-Rama) and an animated/outspoken character. He was a U.S. Navy Combat Veteran, Machinery Repairman and member of the Harvey D. Morin Post No. 2940 VFW. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, May 30 at 10 AM in St. Vincent De Paul RC Church, Springbrook, NY, followed by a Celebration of His Life at Elma Conservation Club, 600 Creek Rd., Elma. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Elma Conservation Club Annual Fishing Derby. Arrangements by PAUL A. KLOC BLOSSOM CHAPELS INC., 668-5666.
