Pennsylvania man caught speeding south of Jamestown pays fines

KIANTONE – A 30-year-old man from Warren, Pa., pulled over by State Police as he was reportedly driving about 119 mph in a 55 mph zone Monday on State Route 62 in this town just south of Jamestown paid several hundred dollars in court fines in Kiantone Town Court and was released, State Police reported.

Stefano M. Clemente was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving for his suspended license, speeding and not using a seat belt. He pleaded guilty as charged in the town court, paid his fines and was sent back across the state line to Pennsylvania, police said.
