Yorkshire man arrested for reckless driving and trespassing

YORKSHIRE – A 52-year-old Yorkshire man has been arrested on reckless driving and trespass charges by the Machias Bureau of the State Police.

Terry A. Davis was charged with entering Yorkshire property that he had previously been ordered by the courts to stay away from. He was also charged with a Town of Yorkshire Court bench warrant for a recent reckless driving incident. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in Little Valley in lieu of $500 cash bail or a $1,000 bail bond.
