Town of Portland woman revived with Narcan

PORTLAND – A 22-year-old Town of Portland woman who was found on the floor of her apartment Friday morning unresponsive with a weak pulse and shallow breathing was revived after State Police administered a dose of Narcan.

The woman immediately began to move after receiving the dose, according to troopers, and was taken by a Town of Portland ambulance to Westfield Memorial Hospital for treatment. Police said she had taken an unknown number of prescription Hydrocodone pills and had consumed alcohol before she lost consciousness.
