West Seneca man jailed after Orchard Park speeding arrest

A 26-year-old West Seneca man stopped for allegedly speeding on Cole Road in Orchard Park about 4 p.m. Wednesday was jailed after Police Officer Gregory Sheppard checked and found he had 20 in-force suspensions on his driver’s license.

Timothy J. Grandits was charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving with unsafe tires. After his initial Town Court arraignment he was jailed in lieu of $750 bail, according to Orchard Park police.
