Belfast man accused of drug trafficking

BELMONT – A Belfast man arrested Friday by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office is accused of illegal trafficking in prescription drugs in the Town of New Hudson.

Bradley J. Adams, 22, of Hunt Road, was remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail after arraignment in Amity Town Court on two counts each of third-degree criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance. Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney said Adams was arrested after two sales to an undercover agent of the Narcotics Unit.
