Jamestown man faces several charges after domestic incident in Orchard Park

A Jamestown man was arrested on Lindsey Lane in Orchard Park Wednesday evening after a 29-year-old woman locked herself in her bathroom where she called to report that her boyfriend had pushed her in front of her child.

Jeffrey D. Bohall, 30, was charged with harassment second degree and endangering the welfare of a child, Orchard park police reported.

He was cuffed in the holding room where he punched and kicked the window and door, police said. He was moved from one cell to another after he flooded the initial cell by plugging the toilet with his boxers and continuously flushing the toilet.

An additional charge of criminal mischief was lodged.

He was arraigned in his cell, and the judge issued an order of protection. But while using the phone to attempt to secure bail, Bohall called his girlfriend in violation of the order of protection that had just been issued, police said. An additional charge of criminal contempt was levied for violating the order of protection.

He was ultimately unable to post bail and was transported to the Erie County Holding Center.
