It’s not just an announcement, it’s a party. The schedule for the Live at Larkin summer concert series will be announced with a happy hour party from 5 to 7 p.m. May 4 in Larkin Square.

The party will feature the announcement of the 14-week concert series at 5:30 p.m. followed by live music from Jony James and Zac Ward. Food from the Whole Hog truck and a cash bar will be available.

“We’re fortunate to have so many fantastic musicians in Buffalo, and this announcement party is a fun way to share our excitement for another summer of free concerts in Larkin Square,” Larkin Square Director of Fun Leslie Zemsky said in a statement.

The free Live at Larkin series runs 5 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays from June 17 through Sept. 16 and will feature food carts and market vendors. Visit larkinsquare.com.
