NIAGARA FALLS – A Niagara Falls man pleaded not guilty in Niagara County Court Tuesday to an indictment accusing him of assaulting his live-in girlfriend June 24.

William S. LoBianco, 49, was charged with second-degree assault and seven counts of second-degree criminal contempt for alleged violations of restraining orders.

The incident occurred on 19th Street, where the couple then was living. LoBianco, who is being held in lieu of $10,000 set by County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III, said he is now living on 16th Street.
