A Buffalo resident whose driver’s license was revoked because of 31 active suspensions was arrested after turning without signaling in the Chautauqua County Town of Hanover, sheriff’s deputies reported today.

A deputy on patrol saw the vehicle turn from Alleghany Road onto Iola Drive at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Its driver, Bart W. Alexander, 50, was issued tickets charging him with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and failure to signal a turn.

Alexander was released without bail, pending an appearance in Hanover Town Court.
