Driver stopped for speeding had license suspended five times

Justin L. Hall, 27, of Allegany County, was arrested in the Town of Covington Thursday morning after police stopped him for speeding, according to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s office.

A Wyoming County sheriff’s deputy pulled Hall over for traveling 84 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 63 about 6 a.m. A license check showed five active license suspensions on four separate dates.

Hall was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and speeding.

He was arraigned in Covington Town Court and is set to return at 7 p.m. on Nov. 24.
