An East Amherst Street teenager was arrested at his home Sunday evening when police reported recovering a computer device he allegedly stole from a younger boy earlier in the evening.

The 16-year-old was charged with a felony count of third-degree robbery and criminal possession of stolen property. Witnesses told police the suspect, who they identified, was riding a bike when he confronted a younger boy on Bailey Avenue near Kensington Avenue about 8 p.m., punched the younger boy in the face and took his computer device and peddled off on Kensington.
