LOCKPORT – Craig S. Roath, who pleaded guilty to selling drugs three years ago and to driving drunk in an accident last year, was sentenced Wednesday by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas to three years in prison and two years of post-release supervision.

Roath, 29, of Locust Street, Lockport, was placed in a court-supervised drug treatment program in February 2012, after pleading guilty to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for selling the prescription painkiller oxymorphone in Ransomville in July 2011.

In June, Roath admitted to a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated for his role in a two-vehicle accident Nov. 6 in Newfane. That led to his ejection from the judicial diversion program of drug treatment.
