A Buffalo man who prosecutors said made more than 750 heroin sales since last December has admitted his role in six sales to undercover officers in parking lots – two in the Town of Hamburg and four in the Walden Galleria lot in Cheektowaga.
Wilkins Rivera, 24, of Niagara Street, pleaded guilty in State Supreme Court to six counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony that carries a maximum 25-year prison sentence, according to Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III.
The Hamburg sales occurred Dec. 12 in the Motel 6 parking lot on Camp Road and Dec. 16 in the Home Depot parking lot on Milestrip Road, prosecutors said.
The Cheektowaga sales occurred Jan. 20, 27 and 28 and March 4.
Rivera will be sentenced Sept. 22 by Justice John L. Michalski.
