WHEATFIELD – The Town Board has given final approval to the revised plans for the Wheatfield Lakes patio home subdivision.

The plan enlarges lot sizes for many existing homes by cutting into what was common green space, and reduces the total number of yet-to-be-built lots by nine, to 70.

In other matters, the board passed a law requiring owners of commercial property adjacent to a pressure sewer line to install a grinder unit in that line to serve his property, at the owner’s expense.

The board also purchased new exterior ground-level lighting for Town Hall from Anderson Electric for $3,301 and hired KW Electric to install it for $2,450.
