Deputies charge women with driving without a license but with syringes

WILSON – A Newfane woman was stopped in the 5000 block of Chestnut Road just after 3:30 p.m. Sunday after Niagara County sheriff’s deputies noticed a number of things hanging from the rear-view mirror, hindering her vision.

But deputies said track marks on the driver’s arms told another story.

Kristal S. Prica, 50, of West Ave. was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation after deputies (her license had expired in 2001), deputies said. She also was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and operating with obstructed vision.
