Saturday: Day 14 of 20.

Taking a look: With starting left guard Chris Williams out with a back injury, the Bills split first-team reps among rookie Cyril Richardson and second-year pro Antoine McClain.

Focus: The Bills went 4 of 12 on third down Friday against the Carolina Panthers, so much of Saturday’s practice was spent working on that scenario.

Blitz: Defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz threw a curveball at the offense Saturday when he called a cornerback blitz from Bobby Felder, who raced in to touch down quarterback Jeff Tuel.

Schedule: The team has an open practice at 2 p.m. today, then is off Monday. Practice Tuesday is at 8 a.m.
