A woman who lost control of her SUV early today and crashed with her and children aboard was charged with a felony and misdemeanor crimes.

Erica M. Reska, 27, was driving her 2002 Ford Explorer eastbound on Clinton Road shortly after midnight when she lost control. The vehicle left the road, rolled over and came to rest in a small creek.

Elma Fire Company ambulance transported Reska to Erie County Medical Center, where she was treated and released. Blossom Volunteer and Marilla Fire Company ambulances transported Reska’s two-year-old and six-year-old sons to Women and Children’s Hospital, where they were admitted for injuries.

Reska was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and Leandra’s Law for driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, which is a class E felony. She was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, which is a misdemeanor.
