A Buffalo man was arrested on three felony charges following a shootout about 3 a.m. Saturday at the Stop N Go store at 984 Jefferson Ave., police said.

Quandrell Patterson, 28, of Riley Street, was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree reckless endangerment. He also faces charges of attempt to commit a crime, third-degree auto stripping and unlawful possession of marijuana.

When Patterson fired shots at Habib Nasser, identified as the owner of the store, Nasser returned fire with a registered gun, Central District police said. No one as injured.

Police said Patterson, who had stolen from the store previously, had been banned from the business.
