Put down that doughnut and start stretching: Turkey Trot registration is underway.

The annual 8-kilometer race/Thanksgiving morning tradition that benefits the YMCA – and the oldest consecutively run footrace in North America – is once again cutting off entrants at 14,000, so if you want to be one of the throng racing down Delaware Avenue to the Convention Center, don’t delay.

Register here. The cost is $30 for individuals.

The starting gun on the 119th edition of the race will be fired at 9 a.m. Nov. 27.
