A 19-year-old Buffalo man was arrested on marijuana and traffic charges after state troopers assigned to Buffalo duty stopped him on Bailey Avenue at East Delavan Avenue about 6:25 p.m. Sunday for not wearing a seat belt.

Jaquan Combs was arrested for criminal possession of marijuana after troopers reported finding about 62 grams of marijuana in his vehicle. He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle because he had a suspended driver’s license. Combs was also charged with failing to use a seat belt and a number of vehicle and traffic infractions. He faces Buffalo City Court proceedings.
