A 24-year-old Lancaster woman was arrested by State Police late Wednesday after allegedly driving erratically on Transit Road north from Lancaster toward Clarence.

Jessica L. Gramza was arrested in a fast-foods store parking lot on Transit Road near Clarence after being followed by what troopers described as a “concerned caller” who brought troopers to the scene about 11:15 p.m. After being found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.22 per cent, nearly three times the state’s legal limit and to have drugs on display in her vehicle, she was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance not in its original container, police said.

Though the “concerned caller” claimed Gramza had struck another vehicle while driving erratically north on Transit Road and troopers found slight damage to the front of her vehicle, calls failed to find any reports of collisions being reported. Gramza was ordered to appear in Clarence Town Court in several weeks.
