LOCKPORT – A Grand Island woman who pleaded guilty to a felony count of driving while intoxicated after her arrest arrest in the Town of Niagara, was sentenced to five years’ probation Thursday by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas.

Nancy L. Bailey, 49, of Bedell Road, also must pay a fine and fees totaling $1,520, and install an ignition interlock device on her car if she doesn’t sell it.

Bailey’s blood alcohol content was measured at 0.18 percent after the traffic stop.
