Chazity Fluellen, 27, an associate of Buffalo’s 10th Street Gang, pleaded guilty Tuesday before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to maintaining a drug-involved premises.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph M. Trip said Fluellen faces a prison term of up to 20 years and a fine of up to $500,000 for maintaining premises at 23 10th Street where the gang stored and distributed cocaine and crack cocaine until the property was raided in June 2010.

Fluellen, who faces sentencing at 1 p.m. Oct. 27, is one of 40 members or associates of the 10th Street Gang convicted. As part of her plea she is forfeiting to federal authorities the house at 23 10th Street.
