Woman accused of DWI, drug possesion and criminal impersonation in Sardinia arrest

A woman who said she lives in several states, including Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, was charged with driving while intoxicated and drug possession after being pulled over on Allen Road in Sardinia about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, authorities said.

Becky D. Tingen, 50, is also charged with criminal impersonation after providing three different names and a couple differing identifications, said Erie County sherff’s deputies, who added that the suspect was carrying suboxone, not properly prescribed or contained.

Deputies also said she was operating a vehicle hauling a trailer and faces traffic violations. Tingen is in Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in Sardinia Town Court.
