Buffalo’s treasures a pleasant surprise

We recently had three wonderful days visiting Buffalo. We took a downtown walking tour, a City Hall tour, visited the Wilcox Mansion and Frank Lloyd Wright stuff, the Anchor Bar, took the light rail and walked through Frederick Law Olmsted parks, Elmwood and Allentown.

We admired the many well-preserved and restored business district buildings, the obviously well-tended flowers in pots and beds, and the great design of the city center vistas, and enjoyed the “right” size of your city compared to our Toronto, with refreshingly very little graffiti or litter.

My gosh, we never knew! We will spread the news over here.
