LOCKPORT – A man with a 43-page rap sheet that includes federal prison time on drug charges was arraigned in State Supreme Court Wednesday on an indictment accusing him of having 3.92 grams of cocaine when he was arrested Jan. 17 for shoplifting a pair of sunglasses in the Fashion Outlets mall in the Town of Niagara.

Morrell T. Buster, 41, of Elmer Avenue, Buffalo, pleaded not guilty to third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said the sunglasses, taken from Sunglass Hut, were recovered.
