LOCKPORT – A Buffalo man was arraigned in State Supreme Court Wednesday on an indictment charging him with breaking into an apartment on Seventh Street in Niagara Falls almost three years ago.

Kenneth D. Traylor, 27, of East Utica Street, pleaded not guilty to third-degree burglary, petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. The crime occurred Oct. 22, 2011. Assistant Public Defender Alan J. Roscetti told Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. that Traylor has an alibi for that date.
