NIAGARA FALLS – A Falls woman pulled over in a traffic stop will face additional charges after she gave Niagara County sheriff’s deputies a false name just after 10:30 a.m. Monday on Niagara Falls Boulevard.

Jenna L. Cotton, 27, of 65th Street, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, false personation, operating a vehicle without inspection and unsafe tires.

Cotton was stopped for an uninspected motor vehicle and gave deputies another name. She said she didn’t know how old she was or what her social security number was. After further checking deputies learned her true name and Cotton admitted she had given a false name because she knew that her license had been revoked for drinking and driving.

Cotton was charged and held in Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.
