Leaders of the Amherst School Board were re-elected during this week’s reorganizational meeting.
The vote was unanimous to elect David Stocking and AnnMarie Carosella to third consecutive terms as president and vice president, respectively. Those terms are for a year.
Incumbents Carosella and Dr. Illana Lane, who won three-year terms in May’s elections, also took their oaths of office during the meeting. Newcomer Lorry Goldhawk, who will serve until June 2016, had taken her oath immediately after the elections; she was elected to fill the unexpired term of William Shaflucas, who had resigned.
