Blue Mondays are back in Lewiston

LEWISTON – The blues return Monday for the 20th year of Blue Mondays from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Village of Lewiston’s Hennepin Park Gazebo at Center and Fourth streets.

Blue Mondays is presented annually by the Lewiston Council on the Arts and the council is a member of Cross Border Blues.

Here’s the lineup:

July 14: Steve Burnside and the Original Marquis

July 21: Davd Constantino Band

July 28: Chicago Blues Connection

Aug. 4: The Rod Nickson Project

Aug. 11: Marsha McWilson

Aug. 18: Tommy Z Band

Blue Mondays is sponsored by the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission , the Town and Village of Lewiston and the Lewiston Kiwanis Club.

The free music continues on Wednesday evenings at the Hennepin Park Gazebo.

For something on the jazzier side, the Lewiston Jazz Project, a seven piece group under the direction Ron Corsaro will perform classic jazz, swing and modern jazz at the Hennepin Park Gazebo on Wednesdays through Aug. 13.
