The board of directors of Summit Educational Resources elected Anthony M. D’Auria president for a three-year term. D’Auria is executive vice president/principal at Waterbourne Real Estate Advisors and Waterbourne Construction Advisors. Other officers: Co-vice presidents: Lisa Burrows-MacLean, child psychologist; Daniel P. O’Neill, president and chief executive officer of Beechwood Continuing Care; and Sujata Yalamanchili, partner, Hodgson Russ; secretary/treasurer, Kenneth Sniatecki, vice president at Citi.


The Western New York Dietetic Association appointed Hollis Busch to its board of directors. Busch, a registered dietitian with Meals on Wheels for WNY, also will serve as the nominating committee chairman-elect.


Phillips Lytle partner James D. Donathen took part in an Erie County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Symposium recently. The panel discussion, which was part of the association’s Labor and Employment Law Committee Annual Symposium, focused on “Burdens of Proof in Title VII, ADEA and ADA Cases: A Historical Analysis From the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to the 2013 U.S. Supreme Court Decision in University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center v. Nassar.”
