Falls man indicted in two car thefts

LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Niagara County Court to an indictment accusing him of stealing cars from two homes in Niagara Falls.

Christopher D. Seelbaugh, 19, of 20th Street, is charged with two counts each of second-degree burglary, third- and fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal mischief, and one count of third-degree burglary.

He allegedly stole a 2011 Mini Cooper from a home on College Avenue in the Falls sometime between April 16 and 20, and a 2008 Mercury Sable from a home on Seymour Avenue on April 9 or 10.

Michael Williams, 22, of Whitney Avenue in the Falls, also was indicted in the College Avenue case, but has yet to be arraigned.
