WARSAW – A 23-year-old man from Mount Morris was stopped for a traffic infraction on State Route 20A in the Town of Perry late Tuesday, and Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies found he was driving with a license that had been suspended because of earlier driving problems.

Xavier A. Contreras was charged by Sgt. Colin Reagan with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree, unlicensed operation and failure to dim head lamps. He was released and given appearance tickets for a Perry Town Court session July 30.
