Driver found driving with suspended license and under the influence of drugs

TOWN OF NIAGARA – Niagara County sheriff’s deputies made a stop on Lockport Road Wednesday morning for speeding and found the driver allegedly impaired by drugs and driving without a license.

Kathleen E. Graham, 33, of A Street, Niagara Falls, was charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation.

Graham was stopped at 11 a.m. in the 5400 block of Lockport Road for driving 48 in a 30 mile per hour zone. A check of her license found it had been suspended pending prosecution on previous charges.

Deputies reported that she appeared to be impaired and told deputies that she took Xanax before she went to bed and took morphine and oxycodone when she woke up at 6:30 a.m.
