NIAGARA FALLS – A driver with a past conviction for drunken driving will face a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed driving after a stop by Niagara County sheriff’s deputies just before 2 a.m. Sunday.

Tamar R.A. Wynn, 37, of Zito Drive, was also charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and operation by an unlicensed driver after a stop by deputies in the 9000 block of Anthony Street.

Deputies said Wynn appeared to be intoxicated and had a blood alcohol count of 0.11 percent, which is above the legal limit of 0.08 percent. He faced felony charges after deputies found his license had been suspended in a driving while impaired by alcohol charge in 2012.
