Employees, participating in the survey, raved about a work environment that’s conducive to career development and allows flexible schedules.

“I love what I do and that is working with my co-workers and our members,” an employee wrote on the survey. “There is always something new to learn, and I always have opportunity to learn new things and grow within my job. The pay is great and the benefits are outstanding.”

Another worker said: “I love my job because of the flexible work schedules, weekends and holidays off to enjoy with my family. The ability to learn on a daily basis, and the ability to move within the organization.”

“I am not micromanaged,” another said. “My boss trusts me. We have a great departmental team – it took us a while to get there – but everyone works so well with each other.”
