A teenager was arrested as one of five attackers who robbed a father of $35 in front of his three children at a parking lot in the 100-block of Perry Street at 1 a.m. Saturday, Buffalo police said.

The victim was punched in his right eye and thrown to the ground, police said. The suspect, who is 16, was charged with assault, harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and robbery.
